Hello, and welcome to...

The Beginning

Just a bit of an introduction to our book of wonderful children's stories. Perfect for bedtime, or anytime!

The Beginning

Our farm is a timeless and very special place, barely on the map. The road that leads you there is little more than a winding little trail that nearly fizzles into nothing just as it reaches the gate in front of the house.

The garden is always a rather enchanted spot, with its bubbling spring keeping it perfectly watered. It grows the most wonderful plants you've ever seen, and even has a few critters that call it their home.

The Farmer’s name is Curtis Thorngrower, but most folks just know him as ‘Old Farmer.’ He tends the land every day and loves telling tales to all of his many friends. Folks from all around say that he grows the most wonderful produce, and tells the very best tales!

The sun rises every morning, bringing life to the farm. This is just about to happen again, so let's enjoy the ride as another day unfolds!

         The Beginning

Here’s a group of little tales

Spun with country style,

From a farm, just down the road

About a country mile.

They were found in the ‘tater cellar

One day last December,

How these stories wound up there

No one can remember

The Farmer says there’s plenty more

For everyone who reads,

I think maybe that old man

Grows them all from seeds!
